Bali Wedding - The Legian Bali Hotel

Australian architect Mr. Kerry Hill who designed many of the Aman resort properties, created this sophisticated hotel. All rooms are ocean view suites with a kitchen; it is the ultimate luxury hotel with the biggest rooms in Bali.

All 67 suites are of contemporary design with a secluded balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean. 1 The Club at The Legian has 10 One-Bedroom Villas ( size of One-Bedroom Villa is 450 square metre ) and 1 Three-Bedroom Villa, each with a 10m private pool. The Club Lounge has a 35m lap pool and offers breakfast, light lunch, dinner and cocktails.

Term & Conditions

For minimum up 20 attendant.
The wedding set up is available only if the white wedding ceremony is combined with either a cocktail or dinner reception

1. 50% of the total estimated cost of the function (excluding rooms) to be settled 4 (four) months prior to the event.

2. 50% deposit of the total cost of rooms nights is required to secure the room blocking
• 35 days prior to the arrival, for up to 10 room nights
• 65 days prior to the arrival, for more than 10 room nights

3. In the event of cancellation is unable to refund the deposit.

4. No food or beverages of any kind are brought in by guests without prior permission as they will be subject to any service and/or labour charges as deemed necessary.

5. The resort takes its security procedures very seriously, and therefore requests advance notice of the involvement of any outside suppliers, contractors or entertainers as they would be required to enter and exit The resort through the security office

6. The resort asks that any set up, decoration or display should be discussed in advance, as it would be preferable for it to be in keeping with the hotel style in terms of colour, materials, type of entertainment, etc.
For the consideration of the in-house guests, please note that any entertainment played within the resort is bound by the following time constraint and sound level restrictions
• The Sunset Terrace: acoustic (without sound system) up to 11:00 pm
• The North Garden: : acoustic (without sound system) up to 11:00 pm
• The Beach House: with the use of sound system up to 01:00 am
The resort reserves the right to stop the entertainment if it disturbs the in-house guests

7. During the rainy season, November – March, a back up plan is compulsory in case of adverse weather conditions.
• A decision on whether to hold the function outdoors or indoors should be made 3 hours prior to the start of the function.
• The resort cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions or the failure of the services provided by a Balinese rain stopper should you wish to use one.
• The resort offers the use of Lobby promenade and Lobby Lounge as a back up venue if the weather proves to be unsuitable for the function to be held out of doors. Venues other than specified above such as The Restaurant and The Pool Bar are not available as back up options.
