This beautiful 4 bedroom private villa, which affords spectacular views of the untouched ricefields that surround it, offers guests gracious living in a relaxed atmosphere. Situated in the traditional village of Banjar Anyar, with a private drive of 300 meters which leads across beautiful rice terraces. The location is surrounded by indigenous palm trees at the top of the rice terrace. The vista slopes gently down to a river. Within the compound the open plan ground floor opens out to a grand 15 x 6 meter swimming pool and Balinese gazebo. The surrounding gardens are tastefully planted and have ample lawns. All staff quarters are tucked away from the villa to ensure total privacy.

On the top of the villa a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom are offering a 360o view. The main kitchen, a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a central living room opening into a large covered deck are situated on the second floor. The ground floor has a small living room along with the master bedroom and an other bedroom sharing a very spacious partially open space bathroom.
