Location
The Villa is ideally situated in Basangkasa Village, Seminyak, on the northern boundaries of Kuta. In an area widely known for its large expatriate community.
Bali's most popular restaurants, shops and beaches are an easy walk away for the villa guests; leaving Kuta's busy tourist atmosphere behind. Only 25 minutes to the Airport and 25 minutes to the nearest Golf Course.
Deluxe Villa
Deluxe villa is suitable for a small family with children. The compact design and lay out of the building make it still comfortable for the occupants. Entering the villa through a Balinese-style door leaves, one will be led to a blue tiled plunge pool with two pool chair.
The main house features two bedrooms which are connected each other, a modern kitchen, round dining table complete with 4 Batavia armed chair, an antique wooden bench with mattress, and a set of white colored modern couch. The master bedroom is a wooden floored room and is equipped with a mosquito-canopied queen-sized bed, individually controlled AC, ceiling fan and shared bathroom. The second bedroom features a twin bedroom with mosquito net, individually controlled AC, TV/stereo set, a writing desk with IDD telephone.
Super Deluxe Villa
The modern style self-contained Super Deluxe Villa comprises of 2 bedrooms, each featuring mosquito-canopied queen sized bed, individually controlled AC, en-suite bathroom with outdoor fixed shower running hot and cold water. The spacious open plan living area, dining area and the modern stainless steel set up kitchen are positioned adjacent to both bedrooms overlook the swimming pool and leafy tropical garden.
The living area which is the gathering spot for all occupants equipped with U shape brown mattress decorated by plenty of colorful pillows and a rattan couch, TV and stereo set.
Since it is situated nearby many popular bars, café and restaurants in Kuta area, the Super Deluxe Villa is the best choice for young guests with friends who love to party and enjoy the night life.
Royal Villa
Royal Villa is a four bedroom luxury villa situated in the hustle bustle of Bali’s endless array of shops, restaurants and bars, yet offer a tranquil atmosphere due to it secluded position. The property sits atop a land of 1,100 sqm with two “Joglo”- styled buildings, an extensive landscaping and spacious swimming pool.
The master bedroom and twin bedroom are located in the main house. Adjoining them are the open-sided living and dining area, kitchen, and TV room. There are also an exercise bike, a pin loaded multi weight station, and a selection of free weight adjacent to the master bedroom.
The other pavilion lies at the opposite of the main house, facing the lawn and the swimming pool. It housing two bedrooms, one with queen-sized bed and the other is a twin bed which is shared the bathroom.
