VILLA GAJAH PUTIH

The highly acclaimed Villa Ele Bianco (also known as Villa Gajah Putih) is located on an isolated stretch of beach in the village of Berawa on Bali's South West Coast, approximately 30 minutes drive from the Ngurah Rai International airport.

Two hectares of land with 170 meters of private beachfront is home to this magnificent five-bedroom villa which is nestled amongst a collection of coconut palms, mango, banana, bamboo and secular trees.

Location
Villa Gajah Putih is located right on the beach side at Pantai Berawa in the district of Canggu, just a twenty-minute drive from the greater Kuta/Seminyak area where the prime dining, shopping, and nightlife in Bali are located. Because of its slightly out of town setting, it has the double attraction of being relatively close to everything one might need, while being far enough away to retain a peaceful rural feel. The surrounding village is traditional Balinese, and retains large expanses of pictorial rice fields. This five-bedroom villa and its immense property has the spectacular attribute of being set directly on the beach, and the ocean view enhances the enticing attributes of this prime estate.

The main house with its large open living spaces (over 1400m, 15,000ft2) is filled with an assortment of artifacts collected from around the world although the predominant theme is Balinese and many examples of local art are on display. Gracious reflection ponds filled with colorful lotus blossoms, fish and lush tropical plants surround these open living areas. Within the grounds there is a refreshing 10 x 20 meter (33' x 66') swimming pool, (as this villa is rented to only one party at a time it is for your exclusive use and guarantees total privacy at all times).

Next to the pool is a unique 3 x 4-meter sauna with mirrored glass walls on three sides that command panoramic views of the gardens and ocean. You will also discover a full size tennis court, archery range and secluded "Bale Bengong" thatched resting areas with ocean views.

Villa Ele Bianco (Villa Gajah Putih) is an ideal place from which to explore the island, only 16-km drive eastward are the shops and restaurants of Kuta. Twenty minutes in the opposite direction, the Nirwana Bali Golf Club with its stunning par 72 course designed by Greg Norman and an hour to the north the town of Ubud famed for its artists and wood carvers.

Included in the villa rental are a team of 22 full time staff including a gourmet chef (who prepares daily menus of local and international cuisine), kitchen staff, chambermaids, masseuse, laundress, baby-sitter and security personnel will ensure that your stay at Villa Ele Bianco is a memorable one.

LIVING AREA

Large open marble floored living areas, teakwood balconies and terraces surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens.

Spacious resting and lounge areas are located on both the ground and upper levels. On the ground floor there is a large 37" television with over 30 satellite channels, complete with LD/VCD player with stereo sound system this 'open air theater' arrangement ensures you will be up to date with the latest news, sports and events from around the world. There is also a billiard table for those seeking a quieter form of entertainment.

Adjacent to this lower lounge area is a sizable dining area with a teakwood dining table that seats 16 guests.

The upper 'Sunset Lounge' with its teakwood flooring again has large lounge areas, balconies and an open massage deck.

THE BEDROOMS

The five comfortable bedrooms sleep up to 10 adults with two at ground level that have garden views and three on the second level with large terraces, resting areas overlooking the gardens and the ocean.

Two of these rooms have huge oversized beds (6' 6" x 7' 10") and the remaining three suites twin queen size beds. All bedrooms have split air-conditioning units and adjoining bathrooms that are connected by a dressing area.

The Bathrooms
Each bedroom has its own bathroom designed using the best quality imported fittings, twin wash tables, marble floors and teakwood trim. The enormous baths feature twin shower sprays and views of the tranquil gardens.
