Villa Padi, which was completed in July 2005, lies in an area of 2000 square meters and is located in arguably Bali's most up-and-coming area. The villa has been designed with all modern amenities in mind, including a clean water supply, European design, modern kitchen eqipment, air-conditioning throughout, a television with surround- sound HiFi which is complemented with a library in excess of 100 books and 300 DVDs.

Bali is part of the Lesser Sunda Islands, 153 km long and 112 km wide (95 by 69 miles), and 3.2 km east of Java. It lies about 8 degrees south of the equator. Its surface is 5,700 km². The highest point of the island is Mount Agung, 3,148 m high (10,308 feet), an active volcano that last erupted in March 1963. Mountains range from the central to the eastern side of the island with Mount Agung being the easternmost peak. Mount Batur, or what remains of it, is also still active. About 30,000 years ago Mount Batur experienced a massive catastrophic eruption - one of the largest known volcanic events on Earth.

VILLA PADI - VILLA "A", "B", "C"

Villa Padi is a unique luxury 3 villa development located 12 klms NW of Seminyak. Tanah Lot and Nirwana Golf Club Resort are only 15 minutes away. Villa Padi is surrounded by ricefields with wonderful ocean and mountain views. It is only 500 Mtrs to the crashing surf of Mengening Beach.

Villas 'A' & 'B' are each 3 bedroom (full Air Conditioner) with king size beds, electronic safes, a study that can be used as 4th bedroom - ensuite bathrooms - european kitchen complete with (moderna) stove/oven and all other necessary appliances - laundry - large BBQ - bale-bale. The outdoor living/dining pavilion opens all around to capture the beautiful sea breeze. The private 48 sqm overflow swimming pool adds that extra touch of luxury. All bedrooms and living/dining pavilion have TV and broadband internet are connected and transport to and from Kuta is available on a daily basis.

We have cooks and house maids on-site to cater for all your needs. Add to this 24 hours security, beautiful landscaped gardens and you have a perfect start to that perfect holiday.

Villa 'C' is a luxury 2 bedroom (Full Air Conditioner) villa with ensuite bathrooms - european kitchen complete fitted out as per Villas 'A' + 'B'. This villa consists of 2 separate living areas (full Air Conditioner). Upstairs has a huge master bedroom/suite with 42" plasma TV / DVD complete with large balcony with views to ocean & mountains. Downstairs we have a bedroom (Full Air Conditioner) - ensuite bathroom - living/dining room (TV / DVD / Air Conditioner). Huge patio above swimming pool with doors that open all around. This Spacious Luxury Villa is ideal for a "Honeymoon". Naturally Satellite TV and Broadband Internet are connected.

Villa Padi lies on 2000 sqm, Villas A and B have large square pool while Villa C has an adjoining lap pool. Ground are surrounded by picturesque rice paddies.
